A Wedding At Earlyhouse

Your Wedding Day

Lonnquist Lewandowski Aaron Watson Photography 068aPerhaps you have known each other your whole lives. Maybe you met online and finally found your special someone….Whatever your amazing love story, Earlyhouse is the ideal location to make this chapter unforgettable.

The island is a picture perfect site for your ceremony, from the walk across the bridge to the unique gazebo. Cherry trees, clematis and roses accent the gardens. By tradition, the best man rings the antique farm bell when you are first announced as husband and wife. Your guests will be delighted as we release a flock of white doves that circle overhead, symbolizing your true love.

Strolling back across one of the bridges, everyone will relax on the raised, covered terrace. Cocktails and appetizers will satisfy your guests while you and your wedding party take advantage of the many photo opportunities on the grounds. Classic nature shots include the branches of weeping willow trees, flowers and fallen leaves, huge trees and green lawns. Favorite rustic ideas are the red door to our historic house the fences in our small vineyard, our vintage tractor near the barn, and the giant tire swing hanging in our sweet gum tree.

The evening brings new magic, reflections of light and water from our fountain, the sounds of nature and perhaps a dance by moonlight. There is no hurry - you have dreamed of and planned this day for a long time.

Dinner, dancing and celebrating are unhindered by the freedom of a country setting. Music, food and drink - the essentials of your reception - are your choices. At Earlyhouse, we can recommend wedding professionals to complete your vision – the DJ’s, the photographer, the florist and more special touches.
